Refurbishment of dilapidated second floor space to form multiple counselling rooms and other usable spaces.
We believe that good communication is key to any project – we worked closely with the client and project managers at every step to ensure that expectations were met and the project was delivered successfully.
Works included; formation of a new roof dormer, strip out, demolition and reconfiguration of internal space, fire and acoustic upgrading, full M&E design and installation, plastering, decorating and new floor coverings.
